Overview

Support Worker – Education Support Role in Oxford. Full-Time / 35 Hours per Week / School Hours. £14.00 – £14.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support to students with a variety of additional needs, including autism, dyslexia, learning difficulties, and physical/sensory impairments


• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group support based on individual learning plans


• Help build a positive, inclusive learning environment


• Work closely with teaching staff, families, and support teams to ensure student progress
