Paddocks Cottage is a traditional detached house in a quiet residential area with a large lawned garden. It is located near Crawley town centre and has good rail and road connections.

Driving Requirement

About the Role

Our staff support adults with mental ill‑health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment. Responsibilities include supporting daily living skill development, personal care, community‑based activities, and working with some behaviours that may present as challenging.

Working Hours

24/7 care requires weekend work. Shift patterns are 12 hours on a 36 hour per week contract with occasional night shifts to cover leave. Part‑time contracts are available with an enhanced rate over time.

Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 in Relevant Care or willing to obtain NVQ during probation.
  • Experience in care or a desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
