Are you an experienced Support Worker who wants to make a difference to the lives of Adults with Learning Disabilities?

Salary:

£8.96- £17.92 per hour (Holiday pay included and shift dependant)

Hours:

Full time (37.5 hours per week) and Part time (22.5 hours per week)

Location:

Fareham

Main duties within our Support Worker vacancies:
  • Supporting clients both within the home and out in the community
  • Assisting with meal preparations
  • Supporting clients within day groups and social activities
  • Assisting with personal care duties
  • Encouraging client's independence
  • Keeping the home and client's rooms tidy

Requirements for our Support Worker vacancies:
