A progressive care company is seeking a compassionate Support Worker/Carer to provide practical assistance and emotional support. Applicants should have experience in supporting individuals with disabilities. This opportunity requires a commitment to respecting each person's dignity and aims to empower individuals in achieving their goals. Training is provided, and applications are particularly encouraged from female candidates, as permitted under the Equality Act 2010.
The role of the Support Worker/Carer is an opportunity for a pro-active person to join an evolving Care Company. We are looking for dedicated and empathetic people. The support team will provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations.
The team will be inducted and trained in anticipation of supporting people in their own homes. The people we support require support around their daily living skills, health needs and will have a range of physical and/or learning disabilities.
We require a Support Team who is empathetic and non-judgmental, someone who has experience in behaviour that can be challenging.
