A national health and social care provider in the UK is seeking a dedicated individual to support adults with care needs. You will promote their well-being and assist with daily tasks, contributing to their independent living. The ideal candidate should be flexible, able to work both independently and collaboratively, and excited to make a real difference in others' lives. This is within a residential service with nursing.
