What we’ll give you:

What you’ll be doing:

The people we support are adults who may have recovery‑focused, person‑centred care, and or mental health needs.

  • Support individuals on a daily basis with all aspects of their care.
  • Promote positive well‑being.
  • Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • Maintain and develop their community links, as well as access community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.

This is within a residential service with nursing.

Who you are:
  • Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
  • Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
  • Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Quick learner, hands‑on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
  • Must be flexible as this is a 24/7 service, working mainly days with some waking nights within the rota.
