Overview

Support Worker – Dudley – £12.22 per hour. Shift patterns at service consist of: 8am - 3pm / 3pm - 10pm / 10pm - 8am.

Responsibilities

Join Voyage Care and Feel Valued. We are looking for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker you will help people gain more independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.

In our rABI (Acquired Brain Injury) service in Dudley you will: teach new life skills, assist with personal care, encourage access to local communities, socialise and participate in activities. Day-to-day tasks may include attending appointments, going for meals, and helping individuals unwind with activities such as playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference and help individuals grow in confidence and independence toward their goals (e.g., cooking dinner independently or going on holiday).
