Creative Support Ltd is seeking Support Workers to join their team at Prince of Wales Drive, providing high-quality, person-centered support for older adults. Creative Support is a not-for-profit organization providing high-quality, person-centered support tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community engagement.
Location: Prince of Wales Drive, an Extra Care scheme for older people next to Battersea Park, Wandsworth. The scheme offers 59 self-contained flats and provides integrated, holistic care for older adults with diverse needs including dementia, mental health issues, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and complex health conditions.
Role Overview: We seek calm, resourceful, and energetic Support Workers who are highly motivated and proactive. You should possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate unconditional positive regard for all service users. Your role involves supporting individuals to maintain their well-being—mentally, physically, and emotionally—and empowering them to achieve their personal goals.
Responsibilities include: Providing support with personal care and domestic tasks, and assisting individuals to access work, education, and social opportunities. We value your personal skills and interests, such as sports, outdoor activities, creative arts, music, and cooking, which can enrich the lives of those we support.
Employment Details: Full-time and part-time positions are available. Flexibility is required, including working evenings and weekends on a roster basis.
