Job description

Location: Commutable from Stevenage, Hertfordshire, Stevenage, Baldock, Shepreth and Buntingford

  • Competitive Pay: Earn between £12.37 - £13.49 per hour.
  • Full Time 40 Hours per week or Part-Time Hours minimum of 24 Hours per week
  • Flexible Working Hours: Enjoy full-time or flexible part-time shifts, including weekend-only options.
  • Comprehensive Training: No experience necessary! We provide full training and fund your Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
  • Work-Life Balance: Benefit from a 4-weekly rota pattern, averaging 40 hours per week.
  • Paid DBS Check: We cover the cost of your DBS check.

Duties

  • Provide personal care, including washing and preparing for bed.
  • Ensure good bedtime routines and monitor sleeping patterns.
  • Conduct regular checks throughout the night.
  • Address any medical needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe environment for children and colleagues.
  • Accurately record information and complete administrative tasks.
