The role involves assisting individuals with mental health needs to engage in community activities, enhancing their skills and morale. Applicants should be flexible and motivated, preferably with some mental health knowledge. Full training will be provided. We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker. Cecil Court is in the heart of Langley Moor village, and the property has 18 one-bedroom apartments. We provide specialised support to 18 adults with mental health needs. Our service is recovery focused, empowering the people we support, to progress to living independent lives, within the local community. All applicants who rely on public transport must live in the Durham area due to start/finish times.
