A leading supported living healthcare provider is seeking a Male Support Worker in Willerby, Hull to provide compassionate care for a young boy with Autism and complex needs. The position is for 30 hours a week, involving personal care and community support. Candidates must have experience with individuals with Autism, a manual driving licence, and a proactive approach. Location: Willerby, Hull
Pay: £15.50 per hour (days/waking nights) | £10 per hour (sleep-ins)
Hours: 30 hours per week - Days and Sleep ins - 8:00am-21:00pm & 21:00pm-8:00am
We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Male Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting a young boy living in his family home in Willerby, Hull.
This individual lives with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and an Acquired Brain Injury, but more importantly, he enjoys trips to the beach, pub lunches, football, walking, and dancing. Your role will focus on providing safe, engaging, and person-centred support that encourages his independence and enriches his daily life.

This role sits within our LD&A family, and you will be supported by an experienced hands-on Team Leader.
