Overview

EXETER / EXMOUTH SUPORT WORKERS.


Do you live in or near Exeter or Exmouth? Do you have an interest in spending time outdoors? Do you enjoy gardening, walking, and cooking? Do you like going to the pub and listening to live music, trips to the seaside, theatre, and museums? Maybe you like motorsport and football? Role and Expectations

We have various part time hours available with new people we support in the Exeter / Exmouth area. You will be gentle but purposeful, strong and robust with excellent communication skills. You will have an interest in autism. Although this is 1:1 working, you will be part of a positive and dynamic team.


Compensation and Benefits


  • We pay £12.65 per hour for day support, £12.21 per hour for sleep-ins and £12.85 for all overtime and cover above contracted hours.

  • Annual leave is 5.6 weeks per year pro rata, with extra leave earned with overtime and sleep-ins. Holiday is earned for every hour worked.

  • 4-week fixed rolling rota for predictability.

  • 45p per mile for work-related own vehicle use.

  • Comprehensive online training program with over 160 care and support related certificates available – plus face to face training.
