A community support organization in Eastry is seeking a Support Worker to aid individuals with learning disabilities and communication challenges. The role involves supporting daily activities, managing finances, and providing personal care. Although previous experience in social care isn't required, candidates should have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to service locations. We are looking for a Support Worker to support individuals in Eastry and Aylesham with learning disabilities, communication difficulties, behaviours that challenge and pica. The staff team works across both locations throughout the week. The individuals have their own mobility vehicles to ensure daily community access, so someone willing to drive these would be essential!
Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award-winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
