A local care provider in the Bradford-on-Avon area is seeking an experienced Support Worker to assist clients with learning difficulties. You will provide support in health and social care environments, working with clients on daily living tasks and skill development. This role requires flexibility with shifts and adherence to support plans. Competitive pay and benefits including holiday accrual are offered.

This particular service is set on the outskirts of Bradford-on-Avon. Here you will be supporting 4 ladies with learning difficulties.
The shifts here are between 07.00-22.00 and sleep in shifts may also be required.
A Support Worker is required to deliver support within an adult's health or social care environment, supporting with daily living tasks or development of new skills. The tasks may be one to one with an adult or with other support workers or health professionals, they may be provided within the home and garden itself or outside in the community, equipment may be required for moving and handling or health tasks. A support plan on site must be followed for completion of tasks, safety, client communication and any end-of-life instruction where relevant.
