Location: Lincoln
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (off rota), with occasional rota cover and sleep-ins in emergencies
Contract: Permanent

About the Role

Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for person-centred care? I am looking for a dynamic Support Team Leader to take the helm of our supported living service in Lincoln. You'll lead a dedicated team supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, ensuring exceptional care and compliance across the board.

About the Service

Your new service supports 10 individuals in their own flats, each with unique needs ranging from full-time support to independence-focused care. You'll manage a team of 15 plus experienced staff alongside an assistant manager, fostering a collaborative and empowering environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead monthly support sessions and team meetings
  • Manage recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
  • Oversee rotas, leave, and training plans
  • Coach and role model best practice
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Maintain strong relationships with families and professionals
  • Report safeguarding concerns appropriately
  • Collaborate with the East Midlands District team
  • Attend training (may include overnight stays)

What I am Looking For

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
  • Proven leadership experience in adult social care
  • Strong understanding of person-centred support
  • Car owner/driver preferred (for travel across services and training)
  • Willingness to cover rota and sleep-ins in emergencies
