Overview of Role:
The Marylebone Project provides a life-changing service for homeless women and is the largest and longest-running centre of its kind in London and the UK, with over 90 years of experience supporting vulnerable homeless women in crisis. It is a registered social landlord established through a partnership between Church Army and the Portman House Trust.
The Support Services Manager is a key member of the project’s management team, responsible for overseeing the Support Services team and one Night Worker, as well as acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead. The service includes 25 commissioned complex needs bed spaces for women, 5 Health Beds, and 5 NRPF bed spaces. The service is undergoing significant change, and we seek someone experienced in managing services through change, capable of providing stability and able to hit the ground running.
The aim of the service is to deliver high-quality support to women with complex needs within a Psychologically Informed Environment. Working collaboratively with various partner services, you will lead the team in providing a holistic, trauma-informed approach that addresses the diverse needs of our residents.
