We are currently recruiting for Female Banking Support Workers to join our Support Services Team in Belfast!

Pay: £13-£16 per hour

Shifts, 8.00am - 8.00pm and 8:00pm - 8:00am, as and when required.

  • Assist in assessing needs and risks, helping clients set and achieve goals.
  • Monitor and record client progress, ensuring they receive the best support.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to deliver tailored support.
  • Act as an advocate for clients, promoting their involvement and active participation.
What we need from you
  • At least one year's experience in housing, social care, or a similar setting with vulnerable individuals (Young People, Children, or Adults).
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices and procedures.
  • Strong communication, recording, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team while also using initiative.
  • IT literacy and good organisational skills.
  • Flexible & adaptable approach; able to work various hours when needed.
  • Full EU Driving Licence & access to a car.
