We’re currently looking for a Support Practitioner to join our TouchBase Fife Day Support service in Kirkcaldy. This is a part-time role offering 20 hours per week, scheduled via a staff rota. We’re seeking someone who is flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality support.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting and monitoring healthcare needs, including administering medication and providing personal care.
  • Promoting independence and respecting individuality in line with each person’s Support Plan.

  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues, families, and the individuals we support to ensure high-quality care and communication.
