Overview

Support Coordinator — Levenshulme, Manchester

Temporary (9 months), Part time (20 hours per week). Pay £13.63 per hour (£26,645 per annum) [pro rata]. We are unable to sponsor you for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting our customers who are experiencing the symptoms of a diverse range of Mental Health conditions
  • There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from supporting our vulnerable customers to create and implement support plans to leading on activities and a whole lot more
  • One shift you might be attending a Multi-Disciplinary Team meeting, the next you might be leading a cooking session!

You bring

  • Experience of creating person-centred support plans and supporting colleagues in working to work to the plans.
  • Experience of coordinating and assessing customer referrals.

  • Where we’re flexible with you, we do need to meet the needs of our customers. That may mean adapting your start or finishing times on occasion.
  • Working across a rota of early and late shifts
  • Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, complete online learning and to collaborate with colleagues.
  • You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
