The role involves delivering tailored support to help refugees integrate into their communities. They bring together a diverse team of strategists and researchers, driven by their own lived experiences, to provide tailored integration services.
Our client’s mission goes beyond individual support; they actively challenge and disrupt the systems that perpetuate inequalities in society.
They are now looking for a Support and Integration Officer to join them on a full‑time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

As a Support and Integration Officer, you will deliver high-quality support and guidance to help refugees successfully resettle and integrate into their new communities.
Taking ownership of your caseload, you will conduct pre‑tenancy assessments and create personalised support plans to address the diverse needs of service users. Through this, you’ll offer practical, informed guidance on housing, health, education, employment and day‑to‑day living.
Alongside your one‑to‑one work, you will develop strong relationships with local agencies, co‑ordinate group sessions and help individuals connect with the wider opportunities and community resources available to them.
