Supply Teachers required for Tradewind Secondary team covering all major towns and Cities in Hertfordshire - St Albans, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Borehamwood, Welwyn Garden City

Are you an experienced Supply Teacher / Cover Staff? Perhaps you're a qualified teacher looking to gain control of your job search?

Tradewind Secondary are looking for Teachers, Cover Supervisors and Instructors to form part of our Supply team for the 2025/26 Academic Year. We are offering a flexible and rewarding process with a streamlined interview process (online). Proud to have worked with 40 different schools this academic year we offer a huge range of schools and academies to suit all teachers from Private and Grammar Schools to large MAT's offering routes into teacher training.

Requirements of a Supply Teacher:

• Experience working with children within a School setting
• The ability to lead within a classroom setting
• An understanding of structured and adaptive teaching methods
• Positive behaviour management skills
• An Enhanced DBS Check, registered with the DBS Update Service (or willingness/eligibility to apply)
• A strong and detailed knowledge of Safeguarding.
• Full Employment/Educational History
• A driving licence and your own transport or ability to travel is advantageous
