A recruitment agency is seeking a Supply Quality Engineer in Leicester to enhance supplier quality and delivery in the supply chain. This role involves evaluating supplier performance and applying Lean principles for process improvement. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include implementing standard procedures, leading supplier improvement plans, and monitoring performance, with travel requirements of up to 50%.

Working 39 hours per week Monday - Friday
We are looking for a Supply Quality Engineer to join our team in Leicester. In this role, you will support our supply chain operations and supplier network by enhancing overall supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and cost. You will work closely with buyers and the European Supplier Quality & Development (SQ&D) team, reporting directly to the SQ&D EMEAI Manager.
