What will you be doing?

• You\'ll lead and develop the Materials Planning and Warehouse Operations team at our Hull site, driving both short- and long-term improvement initiatives.
• Working closely with suppliers, procurement, global supply planning and manufacturing teams, you\'ll ensure seamless material management and delivery processes.
• You\'ll own the planning process, collaborate with stakeholders to deliver achievable production schedules, and continuously improve inventory management and cost to serve.
• You\'ll also be responsible for resolving material delivery issues and developing your team through performance management and capability building.

Success in this role means being a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader. You\'ll bring a strong supply chain background and a passion for operational excellence.
