About the Role

We're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our clients UK & Ireland team. In this role, you'll make sure products are available when customers need them by managing stock levels, supporting order fulfillment, and overseeing imports and customs processes. You'll work closely with local teams and global supply chain functions to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels across UK & Ireland.
  • Support short-term planning (0-6 months) and replenishment activities.
  • Handle stock movements between warehouses and ensure accurate ERP updates.
  • Act as the first point of contact for supply issues, backorders, and allocations.
  • Oversee import activities, including licences, transport, warehousing, and customs compliance.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Track KPIs and help improve service levels and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Supply Chain; ideally 2-3 years in FMCG or similar industry.
  • Skills: Knowledge of supply planning, inventory management, logistics, and ERP systems (JDE preferred). Strong Excel and data management skills.
  • Soft Skills: Ambitious, pragmatic, agile, and open-minded team player.
