Job summary

A leading influenza vaccine provider in the UK is seeking a Supply Chain Campaign Management Specialist to manage campaign tools and resolve issues while ensuring timely delivery of products. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain or data analysis, along with strong analytical and collaboration skills. The role involves managing inventory, attending cross-functional meetings, and driving process improvements to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or data analysis.
• Proven ability to manage complex tasks and collaborate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and independent working skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective planning of each campaign to meet customer expectations.
• Implement tools to monitor KPIs and manage campaign tracking.
• Attend daily CMO calls and align QA, QC, and logistics with supply plans.
• Reconcile inventory and manage material consumption in coordination with Finance.
• Monitor campaign progress and resolve operational issues.
