Job Title: Supplier Auditor - Insurance Claims

Location: Leicester/London/Bexhill - Hybrid

Team overview

Our Claims Audit team safeguards quality and compliance across Motor and Supply Chain operations. We work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage risk, deliver insights, and drive continuous improvement. Collaboration, integrity, and delivering value are core to what we do. We combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement to shape best practices, influence decisions, and ensure fair outcomes for customers.

As part of this team, you’ll contribute to audit strategies that protect our business and customers, build relationships across the supply chain, and ensure our claims processes remain efficient, compliant, and customer focused.

Job details — you’ll need to have demonstrable experience in
  • Developing a complete understanding of internal and supplier claims processes, new commercial initiatives, best practice, and the impact of inefficient processes
  • Designing and developing relevant, effective audit approaches and delivering independent, balanced and evidenced reporting
  • Managing relationships with senior personnel within each supplier to ensure scoping, attendance, agendas and feedback are delivered effectively
  • Identifying areas for indemnity savings, strengths and areas for development and providing focused solutions where necessary
  • Completing and applying root cause analysis, including assessment of systems, controls and complaints
  • Completing both on-site and remote risk-based audits
Transferable essential skills
  • Extensive motor claims knowledge and experience, or a combination of motor and home claims
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret MI and identify risks and opportunities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to challenge appropriately
