Job description
What You’ll Do – Sales Floor
  • Hold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to beat them.
  • Drive exceptional service by role‑modeling our selling ceremony and meeting KPIs.
  • Perform store walks to understand commerciality and its impact on visual merchandising.
  • Monitor sales performance and take action to support team success.
  • Handle serious complaints that have been escalated with professionalism and care.
Personal Sales
  • Build a bond between the brand and customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting to individual personalities and needs.
  • Use deep product knowledge and storytelling to create unforgettable experiences and inspire love for Pandora’s sustainability, design, and craftsmanship.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills; focus on up‑selling, UPT, ATV, conversion, and productivity.
Store Operations
  • Act as key holder; ensure opening/closure procedures are carried out.
  • Cashing up and reconciling till systems.
  • Assist management with administrative duties, including recruitment, investigations, and disciplinary hearings.
  • Assist with product and POS deliveries; unload and store in correct spaces.
  • Operate till system, handle financial transactions including returns and exchanges, and manage any escalations from the wider team.
  • Remain alert on the shop floor and follow company security policies and procedures to keep the team and customers safe.
Prior Experience

Prior experience with a leading brand and/or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred. If you are a senior sales assistant or current supervisor seeking your next challenge, this could be the opportunity for you.

Job Details

£18,326 per year (estimated). Contract: part‑time NEW. Competitive pay with monthly bonus scheme (10‑20 %), generous employee discount, annual jewellery uniform allowance, and other excellent benefits.

Work days: Monday to Sunday. 32 hours per week, fixed‑term contract – 9 months. Hourly rate: £13.61.
