Supervisor – Fego Caffe (Daytime Only)

Location: Fego Caffe Gerrards Cross

We are a well‑known, busy daytime café with South African roots, offering comforting food, exceptional service and a home‑from‑home atmosphere. We’re now looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Gerrards Cross.

The Role

As a Supervisor, you will support the smooth daily running of the café, ensuring the team and guests feel looked after at all times. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the team on the floor and ensuring a warm, consistent guest experience.

• Supporting daily operations including rotas, stock checks and essential site tasks.

• Coaching and developing team members, especially those new to Fego Caffe.

• Taking initiative during busy periods and keeping service flowing smoothly.

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, communication and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a supervisory or team‑leader role within hospitality.

• A warm, people‑focused approach with strong communication skills.

• Confidence working in a fast‑paced environment.

• The ability to plan, prioritise and work independently when needed.

• A hands‑on attitude — leading by example during service.
