Overview

Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician (Finance) – Walmart stores. Walmart is expanding our workforce across local retail stores and is actively recruiting for a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician. As a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician, you will support and oversee repair of Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets at Walmart facilities by utilizing commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and using hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large-scale rack refrigeration experience
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA certification for refrigerant handling
• Valid state driver\'s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR check
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility refrigeration and HVAC equipment and assets using appropriate tools to complete jobs
• Use the work order management system to receive repair work orders, support stores and store associates, and document repair activities
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues
• Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by following Walmart safety and environmental guidelines
• Lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights frequently

Compensation

• Salary range: $56,160 – $106,080
• Currently offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus (for select locations)
• Compensation packages based on factors including skill, experience, offer level, and qualifications
• Eligible for bonus incentives
