Qualifications

• Previous experience as a breakfast chef or similar.
• Knowledge of breakfast menu preparation and strong culinary techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently during early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to company standards.
• Set up and manage the breakfast station for efficiency.
• Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and allergen regulations.
• Manage stock levels and communicate needs to the Head Chef.
• Assist with cleaning duties post-service.
