You'll play a pivotal role as we evolve from a UK‑aligned SuccessFactors template to a truly global one, while also supporting the launch of a brand‑new local instance in Spain.

This is your opportunity to lead high‑impact change, influence global decisions, and collaborate with talented teams across multiple countries. You'll report directly to our Director of People Operations and become the go‑to expert for UK SuccessFactors leadership.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the evolution from a UK‑centric to a unified global SuccessFactors template, ensuring UK compliance and localisation remain robust.
  • Drive the rollout of a new SuccessFactors instance for Spain, partnering with local and international stakeholders.
  • Represent the UK in global project forums—shaping the design, speaking for UK requirements, and influencing key decisions.
  • Coordinate complex integrations, ensuring global and local HR systems connect seamlessly.
  • Own data accuracy, mapping and validating HR data across UK and global frameworks.
  • Design and run structured test plans for new configurations, integrations, and migrations.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and external partners to ensure milestones and deliverables remain on track.
  • Provide clear, timely updates to senior leadership.
What You'll Bring
  • Significant experience leading SuccessFactors implementations or transitions, ideally within global organisations.
  • Expert understanding of UK HR processes and localisation requirements within SuccessFactors.
  • Strong experience working with integrations, data flows, and HR technology ecosystems.
  • Proven accuracy in data validation, mapping, and reconciliation.
  • Experience designing and managing detailed test plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence at all levels.
Desirable Attributes
  • Experience delivering SuccessFactors in additional regions, particularly within Europe.
  • Spanish language skills or experience collaborating with Spanish HR teams.
  • SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS certifications.
  • Analytical strength, problem‑solving ability, and a proactive mindset.
