Overview

As our Restaurant Manager, you'll take charge of our in-store food service operations, overseeing well-known brands such as Greggs, Burger King, and Subway. You'll ensure each outlet delivers a consistent, high-quality experience that meets brand standards and exceeds customer expectations. You'll lead a team of colleagues across multiple food service units, managing everything from staffing and compliance to customer service and operational efficiency. You'll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of each restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of colleagues across multiple branded outlets, managing staffing, performance, and day-to-day operations to ensure consistency and quality across all units.
  • Uphold brand standards and values, ensuring a consistent customer experience aligned with Greggs, Burger King, and Subway.
  • Drive operational efficiency, maintain food safety standards, and ensure compliance with all legal and company requirements.
  • Monitor performance and profitability, manage costs, stock, and labour, and support continuous improvement across outlets.
  • Collaborate with branded partners to ensure smooth operation and alignment across all units.
