Qualifications

Overview

An experienced Contracts/Repair Manager is required to join a Market leading Claims Management Company who are reputable within the Subsidence Industry.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre contract meetings with contractors and policyholders to ensure all arrangements are in place for the duration of the work
  • Ensure H&S and CDM obligations are met by all parties
  • Manage the entire repair phase, carry out inspections (via desktop where possible) and validate variations
  • Undertake necessary site visits
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Work closely with the Contractor Network Manager in all repair / contractor related aspects
  • Undertake H&S site checks and contractor audits

You will be joining a vastly experienced team who have excellent technical knowledge of the residential construction industry. Experience required
  • Experience working within the Insurance Industry, dealing with subsidence claims as a claims network contractor or a contracts manager / surveyor
  • Attained or working towards HNC/HND/Technical Degree (such as construction technology, building surveying)
  • Attained or working towards NEBOSH in Construction
  • Solid knowledge of Health & Safety
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of construction technology, preferably residential property
  • Be able to drive and hold a full clean driving licence
