The Dacia Sandrider team have an exciting opportunity for a Sub Assembly Supervisor to join them in their quest to win the World Rally Raid Championship in the FIA Ultimate T1+ category. A hands‑on role working with a team of Technicians, you will coordinate the department’s day to day workload, supervising the Sub Assembly team on event and at the factory. Worldwide travel is an essential part of this role and can be up to 3 weeks per event.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar Supervisory/Lead Sub Assembly role within Motorsport at an FIA World championship level or similar. You will have excellent knowledge of transmission and motorsport sub-assemblies, along with excellent scheduling and planning skills. A team player and strong communicator, you will be able to motivate a team and solve problems in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Adaptability and flexibility to travel to all Rally Raid events is essential.
