A leading provider of health and safety training is seeking a dedicated Study and Technical Support Advisor. This hybrid role primarily works from home with occasional office visits in Cannock. The ideal candidate has strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and is working towards a NEBOSH National Diploma. Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 DoE
Contract Type: Permanent

We are looking for a dedicated Study and Technical Support Advisor to join our growing team at Phoenix Health and Safety, part of Wilmington Plc.
We need someone who is highly detail‑oriented, has a strong focus to excel in structured and consistent workflows, and possesses strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
You will be responsible for marking assessments with precision and providing outstanding support to our students and clients via calls, emails, and social media platforms. You will also contribute directly to the development and continuous improvement of our classroom and virtual health and safety training content and resources.
