Job summary

A leading media company in Greater London is seeking a full-time Runner to support client areas by providing refreshments, assisting productions, and ensuring cleanliness. Candidates must have a solid education background, ideally A-levels, and experience in a media environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills are mandatory, along with a positive attitude. Flexibility for shifts, including weekends, is required, as IMG Studios operates year-round.

Qualifications

• Experience in a media environment, whether paid or unpaid.
• Experience in a client facing role and understanding of good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Visit each suite on an hourly basis to offer refreshments.
• Check and deliver completed duplication work to clients.
• Ensure all areas of IMG Studios are clean and report problems.
• Assist productions as required by any staff member or client.
• Answer phones and respond to client requests promptly.

Education
