About The Role:

An innovative, multidisciplinary architecture and interior design studio is seeking a Studio Assistant to join their dynamic Bristol team on a part-time, 3–6 month contract for 1 to 2 days per week, with the opportunity to be extended. Our client is a renowned industry leader with a strong reputation built over years of excellence and creativity.

In this role, you will work closely with the Studio Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to the wider team. You’ll assist with general office administration and coordination tasks, and your flexibility will be key as you may also be asked to take on ad‑hoc duties as the needs of the office evolve. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, skilled in administration, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and attend to guests, clients, and couriers
  • Ensure all office‑related tasks are completed smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage meeting room reservations and upkeepeg.refreshments, equipment and catering
  • Perform administrative tasks, maintaining attention to detail
  • Handle all copying, scanning and printing duties
  • Support the wider admin team with ad‑hoc tasks
  • Assist with errands and booking meetings for directors
  • Set up studio space for various activities
  • Water plants and keep the place up to a high standard
Key Skills/Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within a fast‑paced reception or FOH role
  • Exceptional professionalism and articulation
  • Confident written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, proactive and attentive
  • Strong time‑management
  • Approach problem‑solving with a calm and composed mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office, Teams and Zoom
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
