• Experience in a widening participation environment or as a teaching assistant.
• Demonstrated standards of professionalism within a student-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Support students to improve attendance and submission rates.
• Identify and assist at-risk students proactively.
• Guide students towards necessary support.
• Participate in faculty monitoring meetings.
