Responsibilities

• Deliver a tutorial curriculum to groups of students within the School of Engineering - Technology and Innovation at the Uxbridge Campus.
• Lead on providing core elements of the College's employability agenda.
• Provide personal support on a one-to-one basis through regular guidance, target-setting, tracking and contributing to student progression and career plans.
• Identify barriers to learning and implement strategies to address behaviour, attendance and punctuality.
