A prestigious university in Oxford is seeking a team member to manage US and Canadian student loan processes and graduate scholarships. This role includes providing advice, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have strong administrative, communication, and IT skills, along with a relevant degree. The role offers the chance to work as part of a small team of five staff who manage the US and Canadian student loan and grant processes. Key tasks include providing information and advice, processing loan applications and disbursements of funds, and ensuring that the University's loan processes comply with US Government regulations. You will also be the Scholarship Manager for a number of graduate scholarships. This will include activities such as: arranging the recruitment and selection of scholars; preparing offer letters; maintaining databases; and arranging payments. The post is available on a 9-month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity within the team.

The Student Fees and Funding team is a friendly and supportive team with around 34 staff who manage central fee processes and a wide range of financial support and funding opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate applicants and students. This includes scholarships, bursaries and loan programmes, international schemes and central financial assistance, working closely with a range of stakeholders across the collegiate University to support students to pursue their studies.
