Opportunity Overview

The University of Salford has an exciting new opportunity for a Student Experience Assistant.

The Student Experience team works closely and collaboratively with other Professional Services teams across the School and University to share best practice and develop systems and processes to support continuous business improvement.

This is a business-critical role and gives the successful candidate the opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day operations in a large, complex organisation, providing exceptional support for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a front-line professional service to visitors to the School’s Student Services Hub and an outstanding customer experience to students and staff in all aspects of their role
  • Manage enquiries received by the Student Experience team across various platforms, including email and CRM
  • Support the Student Experience Manager and provide administrative and operational support for all Student Voice activity (NSS)
  • Liaise with University Professional Services teams across the University in relation to the student journey, from admissions to alumni
  • Coordinate school Welcome activities in conjunction with Programme Leaders, and the wider School and University Professional Services
