A global aerospace and defense company is looking for a Structural Integrity Engineer based in Derby. This role involves engaging in structural integrity assessments, building FEA models, and supporting various submarine programs. Structural Integrity Engineer (FEA) - Submarines
Full Time • 5 Days On-Site • Derby
We have an interesting opportunity for two Structural Integrity Engineers to join our new office opening in Cardiff. As a structural integrity engineer, you will be engaging primarily in structural integrity assessments including primary strength, fatigue, fatigue crack growth and fracture assessments, in accordance with ASME III and R6 defect tolerance assessment code. You will be supporting a wide range of programmes from in-service support, new build, and future programmes. You will also be building and maintaining Finite Element Analyses (FEA) models to extract stresses to be used in the justification of the components.

To work for Rolls-Royce Submarines you need to hold a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance.
