We re looking for a Strategy, Planning and Performance Lead to play a key role in shaping the future of NHS Property Services. In this high-impact position, you ll lead the development, alignment, and performance management of functional strategies, ensuring they connect seamlessly with our broader corporate vision. You ll report directly to the Head of Strategy and Transformation, with a dotted line to the Head of Business Management (CEO), giving you visibility and influence at the highest level of the organisation. This role is perfect for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong leadership and influencing skills. You ll engage senior stakeholders confidently, communicate with clarity, and manage financial performance and budgets while ensuring governance and compliance standards are met. To succeed, you ll bring deep expertise in strategic planning, performance management, and business planning processes, along with a solid understanding of corporate governance and reporting frameworks. You ll also represent NHSPS to internal and external stakeholders, driving collaboration and impact across the business.
