Qualifications

  • Previous experience in roles such as Sales Operations or Commercial Enablement is essential.
  • Ability to tackle challenges proactively.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Work with sales leaders to design and apply territory models for sales teams.
  • Coordinate sales headcount model alignment with HR and finance.
  • Manage queries from sales reps regarding engagement rules and policies.
  • Partner with Finance and Commissions teams for month-end processes.
  • Oversee systems and data processes for starters, movers, leavers.
