Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying (post-graduate or equivalent expertise).
• Chartered status (RICS preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide Quantity Surveying services to assist loss adjusters.
• Conduct site visits and engage with stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed quantum assessments for claims.
• Assist in developing the Construction Professional Indemnity team.
