Qualifications

  • Strong background in a People Business Partner or HR consulting role.
  • Confident influencing and stakeholder management skills at senior leadership level.
  • Broad knowledge in HR including employee relations, performance, reward, and change management.
  • Experience coaching leaders through people and employment law issues.
  • Ability to analyse data for actionable insights.
  • Track record of developing people plans and succession frameworks.
