Job summary

A local children's welfare organization in Bradford seeks a Head of Strategy, Partnerships & Business Planning to develop strategic objectives and business planning processes. This role requires significant senior leadership experience, the ability to influence partnerships, and strong analytical skills. The successful candidate will oversee stakeholder engagement and policy development while driving the Trust's vision to improve outcomes for children and families. A Master's degree is preferred, and the salary ranges from £65,022 to £75,728 per annum.

Qualifications

  • Significant senior leadership experience with a strong focus on strategy, planning, and/or business development.
  • Proven ability to deliver strategic plans and partnerships that drive organisational improvement.
  • Experience developing and implementing policies, business cases, bids, and other strategic documents.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the Business Plan and annual planning cycles.
  • Oversee the contractual relationship with the Council, leading the annual review of Service Level Agreements.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
