Job summary

A reputable recruitment agency is seeking a Management Accountant for a 6-month FTC based near Grantham, with the potential for extension. The successful candidate will manage accounts production, engage with non-financial stakeholders, and support key reporting processes. Qualified in ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent with advanced Excel skills is essential. The role offers hybrid working, combining both home working and office presence, and requires flexibility to collaborate with team members.

Qualifications

• Experience with large data exports to generate insightful analysis.
• Ability to generate budget holder variance reports.
• Filing of Office for National Statistics (ONS) reporting.

Responsibilities

• Production of the management accounts.
• Business partnering with budget holders for cost control.
• Ownership of full bookkeeping duties for a division.

Skills

Experience in management accounts production

Variance analysis

Strong communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Experience using ERP systems

Knowledge of Power BI

Education

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or part qualified
