Job summary

A luxury beverage company in London is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive their sales growth within the high-end hospitality and retail markets. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management, ideally with a background in luxury FMCG brands. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, and you must hold UK Settled Status. The company offers a competitive salary and a permanent contract.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Development or Account Management.
  • Experience with a luxury FMCG brand is advantageous.
  • Must hold UK Settled Status.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a designated portfolio of existing clients.
  • Secure new business within the hotel, retail, and gifting sectors.
  • Create and use SMART contact strategies to engage prospects.
  • Manage the sales prospect pipeline using Hubspot CRM.
  • Design and deliver best-in-class proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate business records and submit monthly reports.
  • Deliver a minimum of 12 new HoReCa clients per year.
  • Represent the organisation at relevant industry conferences and events.
