• Experience in a Recruitment and HR Advisor role within a fast-paced manufacturing/FMCG environment.
• Good understanding of Employment Law and employee lifecycle.
• Experience with volume recruitment and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage HR activities within the employee lifecycle.
• Create engaging job adverts and source candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews.
• Manage onboarding administration.
• Provide advice on Employee Relations issues.
