Job summary

A leading education organization in Greater London is seeking an HR Business Partner to manage the employee lifecycle across multiple schools. This role requires someone who is either CIPD qualified or working towards their qualification. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, managing HR queries, and ensuring compliance with policies. The ideal candidate will have strong legislative knowledge and experience in complex ER cases, alongside effective communication skills. The role offers a hybrid work schedule with four days in the office and one day working from home.

Qualifications

  • CIPD qualified or currently working towards their qualification.
  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor, or Business Partner role.
  • Good knowledge of HR policies and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full employee life cycle of teaching staff.
  • Manage all non-academic recruitment campaigns within the schools.
  • Support the Senior Management Team with compliance during inspections.
